IWI™ Neck & Shoulder Massager — 2-Year Limited Warranty

At I Whim It, we stand behind the quality of every IWI™ Neck & Shoulder Massager. That's why we offer a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for 2 years from your delivery date. Covered issues include:

  • Manufacturing defects in the device body or internal components
  • Motor or heating element failures under normal use
  • Defective controls, buttons, or power connections
  • Structural failures not caused by misuse or accident

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric softening, minor cosmetic wear)
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by use outside intended purpose (e.g., commercial or medical use)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Lost or stolen items

Proof of Purchase

To submit a warranty claim, you'll need to provide:

  • Your order number or a copy of your original receipt
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of the defect
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue (if applicable)

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact us by email at support@iwhimit.com or by phone at 1 (800) 579-6521.
  2. Include your proof of purchase details and a description of the defect.
  3. Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If your claim is approved, we'll arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund — and we'll cover return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.

Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, we'll work with you to choose the best resolution:

  • Replacement: We'll send you a replacement unit at no charge.
  • Repair: In some cases, we may offer a repair option.
  • Refund: If a replacement or repair is not available, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping for approved warranty claims is covered by I Whim It.
