Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.
Delivery times and cost
Standard shipping is free on every order and typically arrives in 5–8 business days.
Insured Express shipping is $8.95 and typically arrives in 3–7 business days. It includes protection against damage, loss and theft in transit.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume can add time.
The price you pay at checkout is the full price. There are no additional fees or charges on delivery.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at support@iwhimit.com and we'll look into it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can usually correct it before the order ships. Once a package has shipped to an incorrect address, we may not be able to recover it.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@iwhimit.com with your order number and a photo if there's visible damage. We'll either send a replacement or refund you — at no cost to you.
